DETAILS OF FAMILIARIZATION PROGRAMMES IMPARTED TO INDEPENDENT DIRECTORS
Purpose
The Program aims to provide insight into the Company to enable the Independent Directors to understand its business in depth and contribute significantly to the Company.
Familiarization Programme
Independent Directors are appraised the directors about business operations, business model of the Company etc
They are also educated regarding their role, responsibility and duties under Companies Act, 2013 and also under Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
The details of training programs attended by Independent Directors during the financial year 2024-25 are as follows:
